Conditions for returns
- The goods purchased on this website can be refunded or replaced on condition that they are returned within 15 days of delivery under the same conditions, , never worn, not used, with the complete original packaging and proof of purchase. All these conditions must be fulfilled to get a full refund or replacement.
- Acceptance of the return will be communicated by e-mail; the refund will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase and will be processed within 10 business days of the return of the purchased item. The availability of the amount on the credit/debit card or bank account or PayPal account depends on the technical times used by each bank issuer/administrator.
